The district hosts two Chinese Historical Museums, as well as a huge, two-day celebration for Lunar New Year (that’s obviously gone virtual this year), but is otherwise not a destination for Chinese or other Asian fare. The roughly eight square blocks that make up San Diego’s historic Chinatown bear little resemblance to the Chinatowns of Los Angeles and San Francisco.
